Since 2002, we have been providing system design, development, and maintenance services to clients in the retail industry, primarily targeting large convenience stores, general supermarkets, food supermarkets, and family restaurants. Over the years, we have been responsible for system maintenance, but recently, we have also been involved in major migrations and reconstructions of key systems, as well as the construction and improvement of e-commerce sites. We handle major systems such as product management, ordering, store systems, and information analysis, collaborating with clients to build e-commerce sites, and achieving integration and coordination between online and offline operations, as well as the construction and improvement of core CRM systems for e-commerce. We have accumulated extensive business experience and knowledge from the downstream processes of offshore development, and have continued to expand our system maintenance operations and front-end and back-end development structures. We also participate in the upstream processes of outline design, basic design, integration testing, comprehensive testing, and system testing, and recently, we have been advancing the offshore transfer of some of these upstream processes.
